I've had a hard time committing to the full protocol more than the one time however I use for cleaning my teeth and I love the spray bottle for everything. I keep them all over and one in my purse. So far even though I'm exposed as a water operator in the field everyday I've so far not contracted the rona. I don't have a mask so I spray my face and hands several times a day and whenever I touch anything. I haven't experienced any lasting ill effects and my husband is responding well to pretty aggressive usage with fewer side effects and more lessening of chronic pain, and infections(boils). He hasn't been without some kind of boil on his thighs in over a decade until he found mms.
