I have been getting tonsillitis once or twice a year since I was young. Every time it was the same routine. Go to the doctor and they test me for strep throat. It would be negative for strep so they would give me amoxicillin and about 3 days I would be better. I was feeling that familiar illness coming on again. I looked to this channel and found the suggestion to use the mouth rinse protocol. I did this three times yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night coughing up a mouthful of phlegm and mucus. I am feeling so much better today! Thank you for sharing your knowledge about MMS!
