I did a 10-20 activated drops in 4-6 oz spray bottle with distilled water and sprayed my self all the time while in the amazon deep in the jungle. five days I did not get bit once! not once! the rest of the group when they were bit and the insect bite would swell huge I would spray them and the bite that had swollen big started to go down.
