...I’ve had two ALMOST bouts of diverticulitis and the 6&6 protocol stopped it in its tracks. I’ve had it (diverticulitis) in the past, almost hospitalized and ALWAYS needed super strong doses of antibiotics, leading me down the road of feeling lousy for weeks, even months.
