PHYSICIAN REPORT
Translated from French
A 12-year-old child bitten by a stray dog on the anterior inner side of the left thigh, causing a wound with loss of tissue.
He presented to my consultation after 3 days with necrotic areas and a secondary infection.
I applied pure CDS to him by spraying 10 cc on a compress every 15 minutes for 4 hours.
After the disappearance of the superinfection, on day 4 from the start of treatment, I opted for a suture in the middle of the wound in order to bring the edges together.
I continued to spray pure CDS on the wound, 6 hours a day, keeping the child in the observation room, he left to make these compositions, which lasted 5 days, and returned to my house to continue the protocol.
The wound completely healed after 21 days of treatment, just with skin applications of CDS 😊
